QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Fully Qualified Accountant with experience in FP&A Insights
- 4-5 years PQE experience in industry is an advantage
- Strong technical accounting skills with high level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations at one time
- Capable of demonstrating leadership skills in previous roles
- Ability to take ownership of ones work and prioritise workload
- Strong analytical skills- ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
- Good communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP and/or BW preferable
- Available for business travel when required
Responsibilities:
- Provide insights to support and drive strategy execution alignment across area of assigned responsibility, partnering with relevant stakeholders in delivery of the functional strategies
- Support the interpretation of financial information and insights (forward-looking, strategic, knowledge-based insight across e.g. financial data, financial legislation, financial policies)
- Support business function leadership teams by providing financial insights to steer direction on priorities.
- Actively influence day to day decisions, contributing to strategy and the direction of business functions
- Lead and embed consistent and disciplined ways of working for the Business functions, working as One Finance Team
- Improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance.
- Build partnerships and maintain strong relations with all stakeholders and their teams
- Develop and maintain a strong network with Controllers across Kerry Group, sharing and leveraging experiences
