QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Fully Qualified Accountant with experience in FP&A Insights

• 4-5 years PQE experience in industry is an advantage
• Strong technical accounting skills with high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations at one time
• Capable of demonstrating leadership skills in previous roles
• Ability to take ownership of ones work and prioritise workload
• Strong analytical skills- ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
• Good communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP and/or BW preferable
• Available for business travel when required

• Provide insights to support and drive strategy execution alignment across area of assigned responsibility, partnering with relevant stakeholders in delivery of the functional strategies
• Support the interpretation of financial information and insights (forward-looking, strategic, knowledge-based insight across e.g. financial data, financial legislation, financial policies)
• Support business function leadership teams by providing financial insights to steer direction on priorities.
• Actively influence day to day decisions, contributing to strategy and the direction of business functions
• Lead and embed consistent and disciplined ways of working for the Business functions, working as One Finance Team
• Improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance.
• Build partnerships and maintain strong relations with all stakeholders and their teams
• Develop and maintain a strong network with Controllers across Kerry Group, sharing and leveraging experiences
