The Wi-Fi IC Group is looking to strengthen our team with experienced and talented Senior engineer with in-depth knowledge of using HW emulators or FPGAs for IC prototyping/ pre-silicon prototyping.

Key responsibilities
Prototype ASIC/IP RTL to Emulation platforms (Preferred: Palladium, but other platforms are a plus too) and/or FPGA (Preferred Xilinx)
Build synthesizable models for power and clocks, memories and/or analog components
Behavior level simulation for Emulation and/or FPGA targets
Make sanity tests for qualifying release of the image(s)
Generate target platform loadable image(s), test and release the image to firmware and test teams. Debug and assist debug of failures
Contribute on methodology and process improvemet
Qualification and skills
Bachelor, Masters or PhD degree with focus on digital IC design
Experience with HW emulation and/or FPGA based platforms and tools, including synthesis and timing closure. Strong in timing closure is a plus.
Experience in C, Perl, TCL and/or Python, and debug/lab tools
Some experiences in SystemVerilog design and verification, UVM
Knowledge of UPF, experience in power aware simulation/emulation is a plus
Knowledge with CPU and memory subsystem is a plus
Experience with Jenkins is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Englis
