Fragrance Development Manager

Requirements :

• Degree in related discipline.
• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience.
• Olfactive knowledge in Consumer fragrance in SEA Market
• High availability to travel

MAIN DUTIES:

Responsible for leading Fragrance Development projects for cross-category and delivering winning fragrances in the Creative Center in Singapore.

OTHER DUTIES:

• Work on cross-category for SEA Market (South East Asia)
• Lead projects and coordinate with other departments on specific needs on briefs: Perfumers, Sales Application, Marketing, ITM (Innovation to Market) and Regulatory.
• Build on internal fragrance collection for specific markets.
• Participate actively in the FDM Academy plan.
• Support FDM team on department activities and proactive work.
• Collaborate internally with the global company resources to achieve best in class results in fastest time.
• Strengthen strategic partnership with clients through trends presentation, providing olfactive trainings and contributing to their olfactive development.
• Work closely and collaborate with the Account Manager & Marketing team on client meetings and events.
