We are seeking someone to lead process improvement initiatives at our Mt. Olive, NJ manufacturing facility! You will spearhead implementation of corrective actions from quality non-conformance investigation in the production space to ensure our products meet the highest standards of excellence. Additionally, you will support supervision of the operators in the production support tasks working with the Production Shift Supervisors. Collaborate with teams and reporting to the Production Support Manager, you’ll lead improvements and maintain our customer satisfaction.
