Responsibility for identifying staffing needs; developing and maintaining a robust infrastructure to support the service to include recruitment, training, deployment and development of staff in order to provide the appropriate skill mix for the delivery of high quality and effective services. Develop and manage robust project plans, including the management of risks; managing performance against project milestones and action plans. Concentration required for checking documents, writing reports and protocols and analysing statistics To communicate business sensitive information; agreement or co-operation from NHS staff at all levels of the organisation as required To have knowledge of administrative procedures, range of computerised software, own directorate specialised terminology, managerial knowledge, project monitoring, acquired through degree or equivalent experience or equivalent training and experience. To be able to analyse business performance information, decisions on meeting business targets and highlighting performance information.
To be proficient in using Microsoft office packages and other identified IT systems and support other team members in their use. To record relevant patient documentation contemporaneously on identified IT systems as required
