WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous working experience partnering with and onboarding MSPs, new clients, teams or franchises.
  • Ability to proactively think outside the box when developing and executing strategy, with demonstrable experience of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent relationship management, showcase working experience in generalist role or previous specific customer success/relationship management positions.
  • Credible communication, both verbal and written, to business level.
  • Commercially savvy, with ability to spot opportunity and increase revenue or reduce outgoing costs.
  • Thrives in large corporations, fast paced and tech focused environment, with ability to network across various teams to solve issues and drive results.

Responsibilities:

As the IT Hubs Franchise Manager, you’ll be a vital member of our dynamic and high-profile team, operating within a fast-paced environment where innovation and collaboration thrive. Leveraging your exceptional relationship management skills, you’ll actively engage with prospects, articulate our compelling vision, and identify potential MSPs for IT Hubs. Your strategic leadership will drive the onboarding process, optimize franchise expansion, ensure seamless partnerships, and define the Brownfield MSP acquisition strategy. Ultimately, your contributions will play a crucial role in propelling us towards our ambitious goal of establishing a thriving IT Hub network nationwide.

  • Franchise Onboarding Leadership – you’ll lead the onboarding process of 315 IT Hub Franchises, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational requirements.
  • Strategic Franchise Expansion – there is responsibility for developing and executing a strategic plan for franchise expansion to achieve revenue targets.
  • Partnership Development and Management – you’ll be accountable for cultivating relationships with third-party entities to identify suitable franchise applicants.
  • Optimized Onboarding Journey – a great opportunity to partner with the IT Hubs platform team to optimize the onboarding journey for new franchisees.
  • Brownfield MSP Acquisition Strategy – the role will see you defining and implementing an acquisition strategy for Brownfield MSP to drive growth.
  • Brand Representation and Engagement – a key requirement is to represent Vodafone IT Hubs at Discovery Days, Franchise Fairs, and Recruitment events.
  • Collaborative Marketing Support – working closely with the marketing team to support event planning and execution, along with research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
