Description:

CONTEXT AND MARKET LOCATION

The potential of the Benelux market is vast. This area includes : the Netherlands, Belgium Flanders Region and Luxembourg.
We have a lot of opportunities to seize, and you will play a big part in this new chapter. We have big ambitions and are looking for someone with the same hunger.
The role is based in our Amsterdam office. Still, it is expected to travel three to four days a week to identify new sites and potential franchise operators in their local market or at expos and trade shows where we will promote Taster’s franchising opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-the-ground market research to identify expansion opportunities and target locations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for recruiting new franchisees.
  • Attend franchise expos, trade shows, and other events to network and promote franchise opportunities.
  • Manage Franchisee recruitment process, including marketing, initial contact, interviews, and selection.
  • Screen potential franchisees to ensure they meet Taster qualifications and standards.
  • Coordinate and conduct discovery days for prospective franchisees.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of franchise disclosure documents.
  • Manage the franchise training programs for new franchisees, including initial training, ongoing support, and refresher courses.
  • Assist franchisees in developing business plans and financial models.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing brand standards and identity across all franchise locations.
  • To be able to anticipate obstacles and make sure necessary measures are put in place to minimise their effect
  • Ensure that franchise marketing and promotional materials are in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all franchise agreements and documentation comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors to update franchise documents and agreements as necessary.
  • Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards and operating procedures.
