EXPERIENCE & ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in project management or design are a plus
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the retail or franchise industry
  • Builder or Tradesman experience is preferable
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams to achieve success
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint preferable
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana) and CRM software
  • Current NSW drivers license

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Interest in the health and wellness industry
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience project management through all phases of a project life cycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, capable of driving efficiency and innovation within processes
  • Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

As the Franchise Project/Development Manager within our dynamic team, you’ll be instrumental in guiding the progression of our club design and project management endeavours. Reporting to the Group Property & Development Manager, you’ll lead the charge in overseeing the conception and revitalisation of our club spaces using best practice processes. Your responsibilities will be diverse, encompassing design coordination, project management, and stakeholder engagement, all aimed at ensuring the seamless completion of projects and the fulfillment of franchisee objectives.
