Task Description
As a member of the Global Transactional Security Solutions team you will drive the growth of BICS Fraud protection and security portfolio related to international communications transactions: voice, SMS and roaming.
The Senior Product Manager works closely with internal and external (customers, suppliers, partners, …) stakeholders to gather requirements and market needs, analyse market trends, build business plans, and drive revenue realization for BICS products and services while collaborating in the related go-to-market activities. You will pilot innovative ideas and evolve them into successful products and services to answer concrete customer and market needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the expansion of BICS footprint regarding BICS Fraud Protection and Security Products and Services in the international space.
  • Drive the innovation, identify USPs, develop and implement the business strategy for BICS Fraud Protection and Security Products and Services in international markets, considering the feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, market research, competition, etc.
  • Lead the development of BICS Products and Services regarding signaling security and SMS fraud throughout the full product cycle, liaising with all stakeholders.
  • Execute the product roadmap, planning and identify gaps in the existing services, customer needs or internal processes.
  • Contribute to the go-to-market plan in conjunction with other teams (sales, marketing, GTM, …).
  • Develop product/services documentation (product descriptions, contract templates, pricing models) and contribute to marketing collaterals (manuals, website, leaflets, training material, social media presence) for the products you manage.
  • Assist the commercial team in Sales and Presales activities.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and demos for customers and at Industry events. Represent BICS at Industry events.
  • Responsible for driving the development of new business models to achieve the business and budget plan.
  • Communicate regularly and efficiently on progress, issues and blockers to senior management.
  • Assess 3rd party solutions for potential adoption or collaboration at BICS.

Your Profile

  • You have a University degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven experience in International Telecommunications Fraud Protection and Security.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and define technical solutions, manage trade-offs and evaluate new ideas with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and execute while taking full ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Analytical mindset and passion for problem solving using data analysis, visualization and reporting.
  • Proven experience and good understanding of Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning applied to fraud and security matters, working closely with data scientists and data engineers.
  • Ability to deliver complex topics in an understandable and business-oriented manner.
  • Good knowledge of Telco network security concepts.
  • Understanding and experience in analysing competitors offering, market research, and comfortable in building cost benefit analysis to identify the business value of products and services.
  • Experience communicating and working with development teams, with marketing teams as well as senior management.
  • You are self-organized, fast-learner, result-driven and can work independently, to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • You are creative, pragmatic and an excellent team player
  • You have a strong customer focus with excellent communication and presentation skills.
