Description:

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND KEY SKILLS:

  • A proven track record of success in advertising, with at least 4 years of experience leading complex initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Operationally minded, constantly wanting to question and improve the ways we work to be better and faster without impacting quality.
  • Having a thorough knowledge of the full production lifecycle to know how to question and uncover insights to help build solutions and different programmes of work.
  • Good understanding of project finances and commercials – estimating, timings, costing and invoicing.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, consumer health and wellness products, is an added advantage.
  • Confident communication skills both internally and externally with client.
  • Have great interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Be organised and methodical in their approach to work.
  • Motivate and lead production teams with enthusiasm.

We’re seeking a dynamic Account Manager for a leading pharmaceutical brand, and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Working and managing clients and brands across the Pharmaceutical, FMCG, and technology sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, translating their vision into actionable plans.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, meticulously tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to keep things on track.
  • Managing all scope changes by actively tracking in a change log.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and mitigating risks to ensure smooth sailing.
  • Harness the power of data and metrics to measure project performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization and innovation.
  • Overseeing the output of the of the team; acting as the final checkpoint to ensure quality is kept high across all projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and by building trust between yourself and the client contacts.
  • Strive to follow and implement the best practice project management process within OLIVER and with clients.
