YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in matching job descriptions and building a framework, within a global corporation.
• Preferably you have knowledge of the Hay method, but not a must.
• You have a conceptual but also a hands-on approach.
• You have good communication capabilities.
• Good knowlegde of English.

• You will build the global function house across the orgnization for the support functions.
• You will conduct interviews with different stakeholders to get a clear view on roles and responsabilites.
• You will check within the HAY job descriptions to finalize the functions.
• You will build the framework, in order to connect in a later stage with the Hay grades, and to finalize the remuneration policy across the countries.
