Freelance Finishing Manager

We are recruiting a Freelance Finishing Manager for a High-End Hotel Refurbishment Project in Central London.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, with a proven track record in managing high-end residential projects.
• Certifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card, and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the UK.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, driving performance and ensuring high standards.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Organizational: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, particularly in maintaining the high standards expected in luxury residential projects.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and other relevant IT tools.
