A Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to senior marketing staff as the executive marketing campaigns and analyst their impact.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• 3+ years’ experience of working as a Marketing Assistant, Virtual Assistant
• Good practical experience with MS Office, GSuite, WordPress, HootSuite, HubSpot. Etc.

REQUIREMENTS

A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions

• Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data

• Manage, optimize and upload all digital content in accordance with best practice and champion SEO for the website; master technical aspects such as optimizing content for visibility and search
• Create a weekly or monthly social media content plan that will connect to the target audience
• Develop platform specific content and posting under its designated social media outlets
• Grow the follower base consistent with Marketing
• Oversee social media content, as well as implementing and managing the social media strategy
