Description:
We are seeking a skilled freelance Software Engineer to join our Cyber & IT Risk Management department, focusing on the ServiceNow platform. Help us analyze, design, and test automated functionalities to enhance our IT operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, technology, and processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international and local context.
- Pragmatic approach to creating Fit for Purpose solutions.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and test process automations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and test integrations between ServiceNow and other applications.
- Translate business requirements into effective automation solutions.
- Handle complex incidents related to ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with various software engineering teams.
- Maintain strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and processes.
