FRESHWATER AUTO CENTRE - AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
Our client Freshwater Auto Centre is hiring! Looking for a rewarding career? We have a unique opportunity for a hard-working Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in St. John’s.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, contacting customers regarding needed repairs, and ordering/receiving parts. Our next team member must have a strong knowledge of automotive vehicles, services, and parts, and will help customers with any available services, booking appointments, and fostering long-lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for automotive repairs, service and maintenance
- Provide and uphold a 5-star customer experience
- Answer customer questions promptly and positively
- Keep customers updated on any changes that occur
- Advise customers on necessary services and estimated costs
- Review finished work order with the valued customer
- Help educate customers on additional services and products, including special offers
- Follow the journey of a customer’s vehicle from drop-off to pickup
