We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Front Desk Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Guest Welcoming: Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression of Volt Raceway.
· Check-In Management: Efficiently manage the check-in process, including handling reservations, waivers, and payments, to streamline guest entry.
· Information Hub: Serve as the primary point of information for guests, offering details about track rules, pricing, promotions, and facilities.
· Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any guest concerns or inquiries, ensuring a satisfactory and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to communicate guest feedback and contribute to the improvement of services and operations.
· Merchandise Counter – pick and pack selected merchandise according to guest request and obtained tickets within the arcade centre.
