Kal Tire is hiring a Front Counter Service Representative at our Port Kells, Langley BC location 20140 98 AVE LANGLEY BC V1M 3G1
If you have prior sales experience, like working hands-on, and are looking for a role with management potential, you’ve found it.

Hours: Part-time permanent (less than 32 hours/week, no benefits)

• Provide excellent customer service and offer a positive first impression of the shop.
• Confidently provide product information to customers in a friendly manner.
• Provide pricing, recommend services and parts, and prepare and present customer quotations.
• Review work orders with technicians, present and discuss any additional work needed with customers.
• Booking and ordering parts and tires needed for appointments.

Job Requirements

• Retail sales or service experience in a face paced environment.
• Ability to negotiate and sell.
• Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
• Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new programs and software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong personal commitment to health and safety.
