Responsibilities:
Under general supervision of a Director, Senior Director, Executive Director/MD, or AVP this position provides administrative support and general secretarial services. Responsibilities may include document preparation and distribution, arranging meetings, scheduling, generating reports, greeting visitors, and maintaining files. This position requires the use of independent judgement and experience to complete tasks. Role requires appropriate handling of confidential information. Role may support multiple Directors. May provide project management, assistance with budget planning and tracking, statistical reporting, or other data tasks as required by the department..
- The value you’ll bring to the team: ·Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, correspondence, electronic mail, visits, and other inquiries ·Provides clerical/administrative support, relaying messages, arranging appointments and filing
- Creates documents, prepares correspondence, and produces copies ·Creates reports and presentations ·Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents
Qualifications
