The Role:
We are seeking a friendly, organized responsible and reliable Receptionists one position required 24+ hours, 2nd position 10+ hours. Weekends will be included and some evening shifts. You will work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth running of our spa, where your opinion is not only appreciated but encouraged! The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all guests; offering friendly greetings and check ins, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and overall providing excellent customer service. You will have a genuinely warm presence, sincere nature, and drive for service excellence.

About the role:

  • 24+ hours with the possibility to move to full time
  • Greet guests upon arrival and check them in for their appointments
  • Schedule appointments and manage the spa’s appointment book
  • Handle payments, including processing credit card transactions and issuing receipts
  • Provide information about spa services and packages
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer and software programs
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and credit card processing is a plus
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
