Job Description
Be part of a legacy of exceptional service and join our dedicated team at Fairmont Olympic Hotel as a Seasonal FT Front Desk Agent! As our Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect role for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA
  • Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

This job requires constant standing, walking, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs
