Job Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects Razer’s brand image
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary
- Ensure security protocols are followed, including issuing visitor badges and maintaining visitor logs
Pre-Requisites :
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
