Job Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects Razer’s brand image
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary
  • Ensure security protocols are followed, including issuing visitor badges and maintaining visitor logs

Pre-Requisites :

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
