There is currently an opportunity at Robert Half for a well-organized and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to grow their career in the Manufacturing industry. You will be a key player by leading the lobby area at a growing company and serving as a director of first impressisons. We are looking for a positive self-starter who is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
  • Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
  • Assure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Foundational knowledge in Ordering Office Supplies
  • Deliver Mail experience required
  • Deep understanding of Daily Mail
  • Administrative Assistance experience desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
