Description:
We are offering a role that will be based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in the Architecture industry. The role will be functioning as a Front Desk Coordinator, where you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors and will be responsible for managing multi-line phone systems and providing concierge services. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide concierge services to clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Perform administrative assistance duties, including data entry and organizing files.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete tasks and communicate with team members.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Ensure the front desk area is kept neat and welcoming for visitors.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the front desk.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Applicant should possess skills in administrative assistance
- Familiarity with answering a multi-line phone system is needed
- Experience in providing concierge services is beneficial
- Strong customer service skills are essential
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word is required
- Experience in organizing files and maintaining an orderly workspace is necessary
- No minimum years of experience required, but any relevant experience is advantageous
- Applicant should be open to learning and growing in the role of Front Desk Coordinator in the architecture industry.
