Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen all incoming phone calls.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
- Handle minimal in-store sales transactions.
- Maintain the company database with precision, including customer information, serial numbers, equipment tracking, work orders, and home building data.
- Provide coverage for other roles during holidays.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely information dissemination.
- Manage paperwork from builder websites and order office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phone/customer service skills.
