Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport is searching for a self-motivated associate for the position of front desk representative.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at a great property with great people! We are looking to fill the positions as soon as possible but with the right candidate.
Hilton Brand or Hotel experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

For Front Desk - Staff MUST be able to work and train all shifts! During the first 4-6 weeks of training, new hires are required to train 4-5 days per week which include 7-3pm, 3-11pm shifts. WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE MANDATORY!
SKILLS/QUALITIES REQUIRED:
- Very upbeat friendly personality.
- Detail-oriented.
- Computer literate.
- Quick Learner.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in working in customer service.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Excellent work ethic and stable past job history.
Frequent call-offs and requests off will not be tolerated. As a 24-hour business, we must have staff on property. A staff member that is frequently tardy or absent can hinder our ability to give our guests the excellent customer service that they expect from any Hilton property. As new hires must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
