Familiarization and knowledge of the entire store layout to assist customers efficiently.
Accurately and efficiently process customer returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Professionally answering the incoming telephone calls and using the store intercom to direct calls.
Occasional light stocking and cleaning, maintaining a great first impression for customer.
All shifts available, weekends required.
Applicants must have a basic knowledge of computers (to operate a cash register).
Basic math skills and ability to count change and complete transactions.
Stamina to stand for 8 hours or more hours at a time.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum age of 18
