Our client is a leading national law firm and they are known for their exceptional legal services and their pragmatic & commercial approach. This firm acts for government departments and agencies, private and publicly listed companies, and small and large businesses in Australia and overseas.
The Partners in this team are recognised as leaders in the construction and infrastructure industry for their commerciality, depth of knowledge and technical excellence. A position within the team offers the opportunity to learn from the best.
Due to growth, the transactional side of our client’s construction team is looking for an experienced lawyer (with around 3 to 8 years pae) to assist in the structuring (and associated drafting) of major projects and deals. You will also provide advice on procurement options, financing, tender strategy, contract documentation and negotiation through to contract administration.
You will work closely with the partners, have client responsibility and work in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
