Front end engineer | Angular | WFH

For a client of expertech we are currently searching for a junior-mid Front end engineer | Angular | WFH to work for a client in Sydney. There is an existing platform that needs improvement of features, development of new features as well as some bug fixes. Although this is predominantly a front end role, it would be ideal if you would have worked in a full stack capacity with Node.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 
  Solid understanding of web development principles.
• 
  Proficiency in the following skills:
• 
  Front-end development with Angular (2+ years of experience).
• 
  Exposure to Angular 10+.
• 
  Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Typescript.
• 
  Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
• 
  Experience with Build Tools (ESBuild) and Version Control (git).

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 
  Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
• 
  Knowledge of Node/NPM.
• 
  Familiarity with MongoDB.
• 
  Experience with AWS Services (Elastic Beanstalk, S3, EC2).
• 
  Experience with JSON Schema.
• 
  Familiarity with Stripe, Mailchimp, and Paypal APIs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  A minimum of 2 years of front-end development experience with Angular.
• 
  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  Although this role is based out of Sydney, the client offers flexible working conditions and can be worked full remotely from anywhere in Australia. Candidates need to have eligible working rights as our client cannot offer sponsorship.
