REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, specifically within an agency environment, handling fast-paced and varied projects.
• Strong experience with major content management systems and large-scale website architectures.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries such as React or Angular.
• Experience in back-end development is a bonus, though the primary focus is on front-end capabilities.
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and self-driven approach to work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain the front-end of large-scale websites with a keen eye for detail and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with back-end developers and web designers to meet client requirements.

Implement and manage content management systems (CMS), ensuring scalability and efficiency.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end services.
• Provide technical guidance and insight on web development best practices.
