Are you a current or aspiring manager looking for your next hospo gig where busy, thriving establishments and great team culture go hand in hand? We have sites all across the wider Auckland area and are looking for current or future leaders who are passionate about proactively guiding a team and providing outstanding customer service to our patrons.
Management experience is a plus, and a passion for people is a must. You’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience in a Front of House role and will be no stranger to working in a busy bar environment, managing flexible hours across the week. As someone who loves leading from the front and supporting your team as they grow and develop, you’re happy to get stuck in and work alongside your peers, guiding them as required to help create a top tier environment in your Star Group establishment.
