GENERAL REQUIREMENTS;

• 
  Ability to conduct a shift based roster schedule
• 
  Availability for both weekdays & weekends shift schedule
• 
  Excellent communication skills
• 
  Ability to work off own initiative

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES;

• 
  Front of house reception duties
• 
  Monitoring Contractors & Deliveries to the premises
• 
  Full check of all Deliveries arriving on site & departure
• 
  Providing good Customer Service
• 
  Organising of Access Badges & Work permits for contractors for scope of works
• 
  Emergency evacuations procedures with roll call announcements in addition of controlling
• 
  Access Control
• 
  Emergency services dispatch & arrival on site
• 
  Overseeing all lock down procedures on site of the premises
• 
  Key holding procedures for onsite & offsite locations.
• 
  First Aid with AED training
• 
  CCTV Monitoring
• 
  Preparing and creating reports

ROLE REQUIREMENTS;

• 
  English communication (Oral & Written) - Minimum B2
• 
  Basic Guarding Skills - QQI Level 4
• 
  Private Security Authority License - Static, preferred (however, full training will be provided)
• 
  Valid work permit / visa (If Applicable)
• 
  Basic IT Skills
