Job Introduction
We have a wonderful opportunity for a Front of House Team Leader to join our vibrant and dynamic team at one of Rapport’s prestigious client site. The client’s portfolio covers a range of offices and retail estate in the heart of the City of London.
The site is the largest pedestrianised neighbourhood in Central London: a diverse community connecting innovation and finance, and a public arena for new food, retail and culture. Rapport team covers 12 buildings in this prestigious site, companies in our buildings ranging from Investment banks and Law firms to High Tech companies.

Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Continuously engaging with the team to ensure high levels of productivity
  • Supporting the front-of-house team with the day-to-day operations
  • Providing the highest level of service and care to all employees and visitors in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures
  • Delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner according to the defined procedure with eye contact and a friendly smile
  • Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
  • Proactively dealing with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicating to the Senior Team Member, Assistant Contract Manager and Contract Manager about any new / ongoing / potential issues and complaints so that they are addressed accordingly. Follow this up promptly with a detailed email
  • Actively encouraging client and guest feedback and driving change that enhances services provided, maximising technology and innovation in the process, and communicating best practice across the team
  • Working as part of the team, listening, taking and giving instructions from senior team and colleagues to ensure that all daily tasks are completed
