Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure our residents and community members are provided with a high level of customer service, with genuine empathy and respect
  • Provide a strong level of administrative support to the Community Manager
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails
  • Respond to telephone and visitor enquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Assist residents and visitors with all questions and requests
  • Deliver exceptional Resident experience through organised events and offerings throughout the community.
  • Ability to offer flexibility in tasks to support a ‘One Team’ environment.
