Il Grand Hotel Palace, hotel 5* nel centro di Roma cerca Front Office Agent turnante.
La risorsa si occuperà di effettuare check in e check out, di gestire il front office e di accogliere gli ospiti; svolgerà attività di gestione della posta elettronica e di corrispondenza telefonica, anche in lingua straniera.
La risorsa dovrà lavorare su turni diurni e notturni.
Il candidato ideale ha maturato esperienza come front office in strutture ricettive di 4 o 5 stelle e ha una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
Il\la receptionist dovrà avere un’ottima predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico.
Necessaria conoscenza Del Sistema Operativo Opera.
