EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Previous experience working as a front office/receptionist
- Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A)
- Proficient in English
- Pleasant appearance
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Friendly, Honest, and Detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely and accurate service to guests
- Assisting with the check-in and check-out process
- Handling complaints and fulfilling guest requests
- Facilitating communication between guests and relevant departments within the company, and providing necessary information
- Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of the front area and front desk
