EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience working as a front office/receptionist
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A)
  • Proficient in English
  • Pleasant appearance
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, Honest, and Detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate service to guests
  • Assisting with the check-in and check-out process
  • Handling complaints and fulfilling guest requests
  • Facilitating communication between guests and relevant departments within the company, and providing necessary information
  • Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of the front area and front desk
