Customer Service Officer
Roles & Responsibilities
Bugis MRT
6 days, shift rotation basis
(7am – 3pm; 3pm – 11pm; 11pm – 7am)
$1800 - $2300
Job Scope:
Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
Handles guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
Performs other related tasks.
Job Requirements:
Training provided
Must be able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including weekend and public holidays
Knowledge of Cloudbed or other Property Management System would be an added advantage
