Description:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails and messages in a timely manner
- Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment, and ensuring that the reception area is clean and organized
- Handling basic financial transactions, such as accepting payments and issuing receipts
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Performing other duties as assigned by the management.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think critically and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic would be advantage.
EXPERIENCE
1- 2 years of experience of customer service or a similar role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage, Preferably UAE
