Description:
POSTE ET MISSIONS
The Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team is responsible for providing Global Macro (Rates, FX), Equity/Securities Lending and Credit businesses with reliable and time-sensitive or real time IT solutions to meet their needs.
The team is involved in the different phases of application development: user needs collection, analysis, design, implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance, within an agile framework.
We are looking for an Associate- or VP-level C#/Python proximity developer with strong Financial Quantitative knowledge, with a focus on Global Securities Financing activities. The position requires the candidate to speak the language of the traders and involves daily interactions with them.
The salary range for this position will be between $125,000 - $175,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
The role of the Front Office IT Developer will be to support Global Securities Financing trading activities performing the following actions
- Establish a trust relationship with the traders to understand their needs in terms of systems.
- Develop quick proof-of-concept (PoC) applications to test and validate ideas.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to transition from PoC to sustainable applications.
- Be a facilitator between end-users and Support team to address support issues.
- Become an expert in the GSF functional domain, and an active actor in the education of the rest of the team.
- Create good relationships with external teams who support our activity.
Responsibilities:
