Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Rooms, our Full Time Front Office Manager for Pullman Sydney Olympic park is responsible managing Front Office operations including guest arrival and departure, room inventory and availability, guest service standards and initiatives, loyalty recruitment, and room profitability.
Qualifications
This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager looking looking to boost their career. In this hands-on role, you will be a self-directed team player with excellent leadership skills who is guest obsessed and ready to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.

You have:

  • A progressive career in Front Office gained from international luxury branded hotels.
  • Good articulation of Front Office and service standards, with the ability to monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address operational issues and make improvements immediately.
  • The ability to drive loyalty and successfully exceed loyalty targets using proven enrollment techniques.
  • Demonstrated skills in leading a diverse team with varying degrees of experience and talents
  • The ability to work flexibly throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays.

Above all else you will strive to excel in your field as you demonstrate the ability to act as a true Heartist for our Hotel.
