    experienced Front Office Manager to lead our team within the Front Office Department.

Responsibilities:

As the Front Office Manager, you will lead departmental operations to uphold exemplary standards and surpass customer expectations. We are seeking a leader dedicated to cultivating and empowering our Front Office Team, fostering strong cross-departmental relationships, and nurturing a positive work culture. Collaborating closely with Senior Management, you will ensure alignment with the hotel’s short and long-term objectives, while consistently delivering unparalleled guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience using Opera PMS is essential
  • Proven experience within a Front Office Manager role
  • Extensive hotel Front Office experience
  • Proven leadership abilities in team training and motivation
  • A track record of enhancing customer service aligned with the Shangri-La Brand
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A knack for anticipating and exceeding guest needs
  • Change management expertise
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strategic and tactical thinking
  • Exceptional telephone technique with exceptional communication skills
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
