experienced Front Office Manager to lead our team within the Front Office Department.
Responsibilities:
As the Front Office Manager, you will lead departmental operations to uphold exemplary standards and surpass customer expectations. We are seeking a leader dedicated to cultivating and empowering our Front Office Team, fostering strong cross-departmental relationships, and nurturing a positive work culture. Collaborating closely with Senior Management, you will ensure alignment with the hotel’s short and long-term objectives, while consistently delivering unparalleled guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience using Opera PMS is essential
- Proven experience within a Front Office Manager role
- Extensive hotel Front Office experience
- Proven leadership abilities in team training and motivation
- A track record of enhancing customer service aligned with the Shangri-La Brand
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A knack for anticipating and exceeding guest needs
- Change management expertise
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strategic and tactical thinking
- Exceptional telephone technique with exceptional communication skills
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
