As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and memorable stay. You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-in/check-out procedures, and providing exceptional hospitality throughout their visit. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar front-office receptionist role.
  • A “can-do” attitude with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Opera hotel management system is a distinct advantage.

  • Effectively handle guest reservations, inquiries, and requests via phone, email, and in person.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the hotel’s facilities and services to provide informed recommendations.
  • Operate the switchboard and ensure prompt handling of all guest calls.
  • Maintain a welcoming and well-organized reception area.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all departments.
