Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting directly in to the Recruiting Lead, you will be responsible for supporting on all of their Front office hiring efforts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about identifying and engaging with some of the very best talent from around the world! This role would be responsible for hiring in to their London, Paris, Geneva, Mumbai and Dubai offices.
Working pattern: Our client operates with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days a week in the office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Your core objective is to map, identify, and engage with talent for the Front Office roles (Quant Researchers and Quant Trading).
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their requirements and design effective recruitment campaigns
  • Build reports and use data to inform talent strategies and systems. Leveraging insights from your interactions with candidates and market research to help fortify your hiring processes.
  • Direct headhunting and active sourcing of technical candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques and approaches. This will range from online methods, to deep boolean searching and in person methods such as industry conferences or other specialised events.
  • You will use your creativity and critical eye to constantly evaluate how they can improve and expand their activities and branding to make sure they reach the right talent
