SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Previous Duty Manager or Front Office supervisor in a similar role
Prior experience in customer-facing roles
Strong Leadership Skills and Strong Communication Skills
Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
Positivity and hotel experience

Responsibilities:

As the Front Office Supervisor, you will work closely with the Front of House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s front desk, concierge, and guest services. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring that all guests are welcomed warmly, check-in and check-out processes are efficient, and guest requests are handled promptly and effectively. Previous Duty Managers are ideal.
