Location
This iconic Resort is situated between the renowned Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland. The resort comprises 295 guest rooms, suites and boutique self contained villas.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Front Office team. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Supervisor to support daily Front Office operations.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Seeking out and delivering upon opportunities to deliver outstanding service to exceed guest needs and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinating the Front Office daily operations including working effectively alongside other teams within the resort to deliver guest requirements
  • Deliver team training and continually look for opportunities to engage, motivate and improve team skils
  • Undertake hotel inspections identifying areas for improvement and implementing plans to achieve this
  • Ensure accuracy in guest billing

    To be successful in this position you will need to possess the following minimum requirements:

  • Experience in an International standard 4 or 5 star Hotel (desirable)

  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and motivating a team
  • Proven ability to deliver over and above guest needs
  • High School certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Tertiary Qualification (desirable)
  • Team oriented and eye for detail
