At the Whiteam we are seeking a Front-End Developer to join our team in Luxembourg and work with a European Commission project.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

As stated in the Article 2.6.3.1. of DIGIT-TM II Service requirements, the minimum educational qualification for lot 1 is a level of education corresponding to level 6 of the European Qualification Framework, as follows:

• A bachelor’s level or
• 3 years of higher education

KNOWLEDGE AND (NON-TECHNICAL) SKILLS

• Autonomous. Organisational and time-management skills.
• Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment.
• Good verbal communication.
• Attention to details.
• Good problem-solving skills

DUE TO THE PARTICULAR NATURE OF A LARGE INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION SUCH AS THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION, CANDIDATES SHOULD ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
• Excellent Team Player
• Ability to understand, speak and write English B or C Level. French will be an advantage;

• Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
• Meet both technical and consumer needs.Write technical documentation.
