Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer to drive the creation of exceptional user experiences across Rhea products. As Frontend Developer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our product Rhea Patient’s side Product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Business, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver innovative and user-centric product designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong multi-platform frontend development background and a passion for building great products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on mobile app development.
  • Proficient in either Flutter or React Web / React Native, with at least 2 years of experience in one of these frameworks.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including the deployment and publishing process to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Proven experience in deploying web applications to cloud environments, particularly using AWS (Amazon Web Services) such as S3.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in API contract negotiations and cross-functional team interactions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with developing in multiple frontend frameworks highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of state management solutions (such as Redux, MobX, Bloc).
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices.
  • Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

  • Design and build advanced applications for the hybrid platform.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to refine product concepts and designs, and ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
