The Customer Experience Officer is usually the first & last point of contact in retail store. He/she represent the first image to our users/customers and is responsible to ensure their in-store satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- I satisfy my users/customers by providing sincere services to meet their needs, respecting our satisfy or satisfy policy
- I represent the first & last in-store image of our company, therefore, I need to be professional at managing customer’s demands and expectation
- I ensure that our users/customers have a seamless checkout experience
- I manage and optimize back-end cash floats and balances
- I actively manage click and collect services in retail store
- I assure the safety of my teammates and users/customers at my work place
- I share my sport passion and positive energy with my users/customers locally
- I take initiative for my training and development
- I am responsible for satisfying my users/customers enquiries via email and call
