Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Fulfilment Team Leader, your key responsibilities are to assist with processing and monitoring product movement and associated key metrics.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Daily order export, manual and D365 order creation
  • Tracking and updating the status of outstanding orders and
  • Creating and maintaining Sales Order and Purchase Orders
  • Follow up outstanding orders, product Estimated Time of Delivery and End of Life product status.
  • Source replacement products and recommend appropriate swap options.
  • Updating relevant internal teams with New Product details, End of Life Product information, supplier changes, pricing updates and revisions
  • Zendesk ticket allocation and management (Estimated Time of Arrival requests, damaged goods, replacement goods, updating customer and delivery advice details.)
  • Confirming processing, readying invoices for approval and action by finance, and actioning remittances

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook, with the ability to learn in-house systems
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
