FULFILLMENT SUPERVISOR

at  Emirates Flight Catering

Key Accountabilities
Advises the Fulfillment Manager on all matters relating to the supplies thereby ensuring that adequate levels of stock are maintained at all times.
Ensure the minimum, reorder and maximum levels for all products / equipment’s are well maintained at all the times. Also, ensure that the monthly stocktaking verification is run with ZERO variances.
Ensure all the inbound shipments are well acknowledged into the system and the relevant reports and documents are properly dispatched to the concerned department and the W&D filing system is up to date at all the times.
Maintain an adequate control over the Direct Issue Items and ensure that the forms used are up to date at all the times.
Ensure that the standard equipment list at the W&D Division is well maintained and checked at all the times
Ensure all adhoc departmental requirements are supplied as per the department requirement specs and time.
Control the W&D access and ensure the warehouse is well staffed 24 hours to meet the workload requirements.
Supervise staff performance and ensure work discipline is maintained at all the times.
Comply with and practice the company*s established Hygiene and Safety policy and procedures.
Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 international standards and execute his responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
Essential Requirements and Competencies
Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Should have excellent planning and organizing skills.
Should be fluent in written and spoken English.
Minimum 5 years in the Warehousing & Distribution function preferably in the Airline Catering Industry and/or Food Industry, 2 years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity
