Fulfilment and Operations Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in fulfillment, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.

• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process of various e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory using our management systems.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and distribution processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of fulfillment and operational processes.
